    Who ever green-lighted that picture should be shot, I mean I can’t blame Kurt Thomas for whoring himself for lots of money (and he better have been gotten paid lots of money). Still “Gymkata”? WTF? Why didn’t anyone in the production team go “Um, this doesn’t sound even a little bit stupid?”

    When Gymnastics and karate are fused, the combustion… becomes… an explosion! The awesomeness of that statement alone is far beyond the the 21st century’s threshold.

    I was 8 when this movie came out and I remember that shot where he runs past the pitchfork. It seems like it should be meaningful, but it isn’t. I would be years before I learned the phrase ‘red herring.’
