I had this whole thing typed up but couldn't bring my self to post it. It sounded to much like this was the end and that's not what I wanted to convey. oh well here is the original text I was gonna post.
Summery:I am internet-jaded and can’t find stuff that fits the bar for the site. So I will be taking a break. If something pops out at me now I’ll post it.
I’ve been running terrible for over 2 years, for over a year I was posting everyday. Nearly all of these posts meet some mental bar for the content I started with. I started this site to share all the images and videos I had saved up with my buddies and to be the place where you would trick people into clicking links to show them shocking things. I would have never expect it to get so large and to gain such a strong following.
You guys fucking rock! I can’t say that enough.
For at least the last 2-3 months, I feel like I have been compromising the quality of the site or most likely my mental bar is too high. It feels like nothing I find fits what I would want to post. This is bad, either I am so jaded by the internet or the number of shitty/stupid things has decreased.(I doubt that 2nd one). Either way I feel that shitty content is getting posted here and I don’t like it, thats why updates have been sporadic recently.
This isn’t the end, it’s just a break or “hey, updates will be even more sparse”.
